Yes. Your securities are safeguarded by being held in “segregation” by NCB Capital Markets Ltd. This means that your funds are held separate and apart from those belonging to NCB Capital Markets and are not used by us in our day-to-day business operations. In the very unlikely event that NCB Capital Markets becomes insolvent, your securities must be returned to you by the receiver or trustee.
