GHL declares date of possible interim dividend

Guardian Holdings Limited has proposed a summary of key dates for publication of half year results and payment of an interim dividend for 2010 if applicable:

August 5, 2010 - Directors to approve Half Year Accounts and if applicable declare an interim dividend

August 10, 2010 - Publish notice in the press to shareholders providing a summary of accounts.

If a dividend is declared, on August 10, 2010 publish notice in the press advising of the record date for payment of interim dividend and the proposed record date and payment date are September 7, 2010 and September 13, 2010, respectively.
