JPS declares quarterly preference payments

The Board of Directors of Jamaica Public Service Company Limited has declared quarterly preference dividends payable on October 1, 2010 to shareholders on record as at September 15, 2010 on the undermentioned classes of Preference Shares:
7% Cumulative Preference Shares "B": 3.5 cents per share
5% cumulative Preference Shares "C": 2.5 cents per share
5% Cumulative Preference Shares "D": 2.5 cents per share
6% Cumulative Preference Shares "E": 3 cents per share
The X-date is September 13, 2010.
