Barita Investments Limited has confirmed that the payment of cumulative preferential dividends of $0.2475(taxable) per share on Barita Series `A` Redeemable Cumulative Variable Rate Preference Shares and $0.18(non-taxable) per share on Series `B` Convertible Cumulative Variable Rate Preference Shares will be made on December 15, 2010, to stockholders on record as at December 3, 2010.
