BIL declares dividends to shareholders

The Board of Directors of Barita Investments Limited (BIL) has declared an ordinary dividend of 3.5 cents per stock unit payable on April 27, 2011 to shareholders on record as at April 4, 2011. The Ex-dividend date is March 31, 2011. The Annual General Meeting of BIL will be held on Thursday March 17, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. at the Terra Nova Hotel.
