Carreras declares dividends to shareholders

The Board of Directors of Carreras Limited (CAR) has declared a dividend of $1.30 payable on March 15, 2012 to shareholders on record as at February 21, 2012. The ex-dividend date is February 17, 2012. The Board of Directors of CAR has accepted the resignation of Mr. Alan Davy and approved the appointment of Mr. Nicholas Hales as a Director of the Company effective February 7, 2012.
