GHL declares dividends

The Board of Directors of Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL) has declared a dividend of thirty three cents (TT$ 0.33) per share payable on April 19, 2010 to shareholders on record as at April 13, 2010. The X-date is April 9, 2010. GHL has advised that the next annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at 1Guardian Drive, Westmoorings at 4:00 p.m. GHL has submitted its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2009.
